Powerful

I made this card YEARS ago and at the time it was speaking to me about power- good power, centered and balanced strength and power.

As the years have gone by, however, another meaning has come forth from this card.  And believe it or not, I didn’t actually notice the larger hand in the background which is holding up the earth.

This Neter showed up today for me in my Every-Other-Daily-Reading and this is what it said to me:

I am the one who is powerful.  I am the one who gets my strength and power from a place of balance and centeredness.

I am the one who can carry ANYthing because there is a Power greater than me doing the actual carrying.

What I have to say to you today is this- What are you struggling to carry right now? Name it.

Can you be still for a moment and see that Another Hand is already carrying it for you?

Ah!  I love it when my cards ask ME questions in return!

Who are you?
I am the one who eagerly leans forward and spins the bright, jeweled Cosmic Wheel of Fortune.  I am the one rising out of the jeweled lotus.  I am the one who eagerly awaits the result of the spin. 

I am the one who knows that WHEREVER  the Wheel of Fortune lands, I will receive something bright and valuable. 

My message for you today is this- Spin, play the game of life with wild abandon, pleasure, and an absence of fear.  There is NO WAY you can LOSE at this Cosmic Wheel of Fortune. 

Wherever you land is the perfect gem for you at this time.  Always look for the jewel of each place that you “land.”

 

NOTE FROM ANNE MARIE: I made this card years ago, totally intuitively. It’s been in my deck at least four years, and for the first time, it showed up in one of my Every-Other-Daily readings this week.  I had completely forgotten about it, but what a powerful and timely message I received today!

SUGGESTION: Don’t give up on cards you make that sit in your deck for a loooooong time. They will show up at exactly the right time with exactly the right message, even though you don’t know what it means when you are making the card.

Success from Defeat

scsuccessI am the one who was measured and laid low by defeat and failure and now I am free and now I am successful and now I am no longer defeated.  I am the one who survived and lived to tell the story of how difficult it was, before, and how easy it is, now.  I am the one who raises my arms in triumph.

I am the one who was supported and guided by the Divine Ones on my journey from “there” to “here.”

My message for you today is this: it’s a journey, it’s always a journey.  And there are still some places in your life where you are feeling defeated.  What are those places, what is that place, where you currently experience defeat?  Use the energy and power of the little girl on this card and find a way to bring yourself from defeat to triumph.

This was a new message for me, from this card- the bit about using the energy of the image of the little girl to bring failure/defeat to success.  So I decided to ask the little girl a bit about herself. And this is what she said:

I am the one who is young and beautiful and dressed in party clothes, clothes of celebration.  I am the one who is watching what takes place.  I am the one whose magic is my innocence.  I am the one whose magic is in my belief that wonderful things can and do happen, and often.

I am the one whose magic wishing dandelion is touching the defeated one’s leg. 

I am the one who transforms the defeat into the triumph with my belief that all is well, that all is possible.

My message for you today is this: believe that your body will get back to its natural weight, and it will.  It may sound naive and innocent, but in my words is wrapped the wisdom of the Universe.

 

Ancient Fears

Fear- We are the ones who are afraid. We are the ones who were installed in your inner world by your mother.
Fear- We are the ones who are afraid. We are the ones who were installed in your inner world by your mother.

We are the ones who are suspicious and afraid.  We are the ones who haunt you from your past.  We are the ones who haunted your mother and her mother and her mother and on into your own ancient history.

We are the ones who are frozen in our fear.  We are the ones who hide behind shuttered windows and rarely look out to see what is really true.

Our message to you today is this: fear is an illusion.  Fear is False Evidence Appearing Real. You are deeply afraid of many things- death, deep love, rejection, letting go, surrender.  You are deeply afraid of succeeding as well as failing.  These are all learned fears.  They do not belong in your new, light and airy inner “home.”

When we appear, it is time to pay attention to what lies you are being told by these old and ancient fears.  When we appear, it is time to bring yourself back to the present, back to the light and reality of your NOW.  Your fear of the Great Belovedness is heavily stopping you on your journey and it is time to now see that fear for the Lie that it is, and move beyond it.

Colorful Possibilities

Who are you?

I am the one who lies here, relaxed and stretching luxuriously.  I am the one who is wrapped in colorful rainbows.  I am the one who balances on this downward incline. I am the one who keeps my balance.

I am the one who is flexible. I am the one who rests against the backdrop of rainbow-colored windows.  I am the one who knows these windows are opening to me to colorful possibilities of what is next.

What do you have to say to me today?

My message for you today is this- rest, relax, stretch your body, do not neglect your body.  Do not feel like you have to open every window and poke your head out to see what is on the other side.  These windows are all portals to possibilities that await you.  You cannot open/see through them all at once.  Take your time, rest, relax, let go of the striving, just be with the possibilities and all will  be made clear in time.
