What is SoulCollage® exactly?
It is a simple, intuitive art process that will help you get in touch with and express your own soul’s landscape even though you may not consider yourself an artist. It was created by Seena Frost, M. Div., M.A in the late 1990’s as she was working with clients and friends in California.
SoulCollage® is also a creative, fun tool for easy, artful self-expression. Using intuition and imagination, you create your own set of collaged cards, where each card reflects a different aspect of who you are. This soul-tending practice honors your personal journey, while promoting personal growth and self-acceptance.
Even though this is an “art process,” it truly is simple and anyone can do it. You don’t need to be an artist to create meaningful SoulCollage® cards which speak directly to your own inner wisdom and experience. The only materials required are magazines or other images, scissors and glue.
What You’ll Receive in This Zoom Workshop Series
Participation in four 120-minute Zooms with Anne Marie Bennett, SoulCollage® Facilitator, Trainer, and creator of KaleidoSoul.com, your SoulCollage® Playground. She has been exploring the four suits and Transpersonal cards for 18 years!- The four Zooms will cover these topics:
Overview of SoulCollage®
all four of the suits (Committee, Community, Companions and Council),
the Transpersonal cards (Source, SoulEssence and Witness)
and the mechanics of creating a deck - During our classes, we’ll use discussion, lecture, visual examples, guided imagery, and group sharing/discussion to heighten the learning process for everyone.
- Tips and tricks for creating SoulCollage® cards in each of the 4 suits
- Access to a private Facebook page where we can share cards, questions, and insights throughout the series, and ever after
- Handouts for each of the 4 classes
- Access to the video recordings of all 4 Zooms, in case you can’t join us “live”

1. Wednesday May 10, 2023
Overview
and
Committee Suit
During the first class, you’ll receive:
* a basic, short overview of SoulCollage®
* an exploration of the Committee Suit (inner voices or personality parts)
* a guided imagery experience to help you access a few of your own inner voices
* time for discussion and questions
* homeplay suggestions and resources to reinforce your learning and experience with the Committee suit
2. Wednesday May 17, 2023: Community Suit
During this class, you’ll receive:
* an exploration of the Community Suit (family, friends, pets, sacred places)
* a guided imagery experience to help you see your own earthly community differently
* time for discussion and questions
* homeplay suggestions and resources to reinforce your learning and understanding of the Community Suit
During this class, you’ll receive:
* an exploration of the Companions Suit (animal guides)
* a guided imagery experience to help you access one of your own Animal Companions
* time for discussion and questions
* homeplay suggestions and resources to reinforce your learning and experience of the Companions suit
Council Suit and Transpersonal Cards
During the last class, you’ll receive:
* an exploration of the Council Suit (archetypes) and the Transpersonal cards (Source, SoulEssence, Witness)
* a guided imagery experience to help you experience the Transpersonal energies
* discussion and review of the basics of building your own deck
* time for discussion and questions
* homeplay suggestions and resources for integrating your learning and experience of the Council suit and Transpersonal cards.
