Our monthly Zoom video classes are easy to access. After you sign up, we’ll send you a link to the page where the Zoom info is. Then all you have to do is click and join us!
This is a marvelous way to connect with other SoulCollagers around the world, as well as a wonderful way to deepen your own SoulCollage® work/play.
All of the 60-90 Zoom Video Classes are FREE for our KaleidoSoul Kindred Spirit Members.

Note: Our monthly SoulCollage Zooms last 60-90 minutes and there is a presentation from an experienced Facilitator, plus time for journaling or doing something with our cards. We also usually spend some time in small groups for sharing (optional). We hope these classes are meaningful for you, and that can happen whether or not you participate in the group discussions!
Also, we record all of the classes, and they are always available for Members to listen to in our Members Only Audio-Video library.

Embracing Joy
with Dee Relyea from Wisconsin
In this workshop we will explore the nature of joy. How do we define this? Is it an emotion triggered by outside events or situations, is it residing in our memories or hopes and dreams for the future, or is it always within us at the core of our being waiting to arise in our awareness? We will learn strategies to expand our experience of joy and discuss how this impacts our sense of wholeness and well-being.
Prior to the workshop, you might want to go through your deck. See, feel or sense those cards that hold joy for you. Maybe it’s the presence of a beloved pet, a favorite place you love to visit, a relative or ancestor whose story makes you smile. These may be in your community cards. Do you have cards for the energies of Love, Playfulness, Happiness, or Celebration? These may be in your council suit. How about your committee cards? Do you have a card for a birthday or other holiday that pictures an aspect of you with a joyous expression?
If you happen to have a card for JOY, please bring it, but it’s totally optional.
Questions to ponder:
What brings you joy?
How do you define joy?
What experiences have you had in the last year that have been truly joyful?
What does joy feel like? Where do you sense it in your body?
