Where? Anywhere!

Why? Access inner wisdom and personal expression.

SoulCollage® is a trademarked process created by Seena B. Frost. Our cards are used for self-exploration only. They are never for sale, trade, or barter.

Bird’s Eye View

Three levels/depths to the SoulCollage process:

1. Card making

2. Card interpreting

3. Card readings

A Valuable Resource

Please set aside 25 minutes before our first session, to watch this wonderful video featuring SoulCollage® Facilitator and Trainer Catherine Anderson from North Carolina. Not to be missed! I guarantee that the card making process will be much clearer to you after watching Catherine’s video.

Two Ways to Make a SoulCollage® Card:

1. Intentionally
I am the one who can never get enough. I am the one who eats and eats in order to zone out and not pay attention.
I am the one who rebels, who says “You can’t make me do that” and “I WON’T do that!”
2. Intuitively

Materials You Need to Make A Card

  • Images
  • Mat board or other base
  • Scissors (ripping)
  • adhesive
  • frame
  • other: brayer or old credit card, art papers, metallic markers, mat knife…etc

Basic Steps to Making a Card

  1. Gather images that you love, love, love. Let the images choose YOU.
  2. Sort the images into piles according to color, theme, idea, when applicable.
  3. Choose a pile.
  4. Use the frame to lay out images so you can see what will fit on the mat board.
  5. Glue the smaller images to the larger images.
  6. Mark the corners of your laid-out images with a pen, pencil or mat knife.
  7. Put glue onto the entire front side of a mat.
  8. Lay the collage down on top of the mat board. Hold it up to the light and match up the corner markings with the corner of the mat.
  9. Wait for it to dry and then trim off the hanging-over edges with scissors or a mat knife.
  10. Feel free to try different ways to make your cards.
The only “right way” is YOUR way!

Interpreting a Card

The I Am The One Who… exercise

1. Who are you?  I am the one who…

2. What do you have to give me?  I give you… The gift I bring to you is…  My gift to you is…

3. What do you want/need from me?  I need you to know… I want you to remember that… I want you to do….

4. Is there anything else you’d like to say to me today?

Adorned, by Jazz, TX

I am one who fantasizes being adorned so elaborately that I resemble a flower bejeweled with dew drops. I am one who reverently acknowledges my lesser radiance, but  would offer imitation as sincere flattery.

Oasis, by Jazz in Texas

I am one who has my own ideas about what sort of oasis would be handy when desert hiking – I would like a rainbow so low that I had to duck to go under it, and a phone booth, perhaps air-conditioned, that would pop up and provide a little privacy to adjust my attire  , and possibly call in a quick report on my adventures. I don’t need palm trees and lagoons – my ideal oasis would be uniquely practical.

I am one who is like the butterfly, being transformed by each stage of life. I am one who worked out of the cocoon that held the innocence of youth.I am one who lived in the lusty/Luster of  Feminine fullness.I am one who now rejoices in the wisdom of experience reflected in the faces of the Three in One, Maiden, Mother, Crone.

I am one who uses many resources especially head, heart, hands and feet as I journey through life. I am one who is like the Camel, trekking through desert refilling at Life’s Oasis and carrying my resources within. I am one who is like the old adventurer: when in unknown terrain, I check the landscape against the map of Wisdom’s knowing.

Persephone, by Midge, CA

I am one who traverses the Upper world as daughter and the Under world as  a mystic initiate into the mystery of  birth, life, death and rebirth of the Demeter/Persephone myth.I am one who can wade in Life’s rivers and see reflections of my wholeness. I am one who is nurtured by both worlds as I learn of “Life’s Daughter and Death’s Bride.”
