In this fun, enlightening, community-centered four-hour video workshop,
we’ll take a look at this lesser-known but imminently powerful goddess and open up to her wisdom for our lives today.
What This Zoom Retreat is All About
Anne Marie will lead the first 90 minutes of our time together with an Opening Circle to gather us into “retreat mode.”Ā There will be time for you to learn about Akhilandeshvari and what she represents. You’ll be guided in ways to apply Her teaching to your own life.Ā The teaching will include an overview and discussion of what happens when our lives break apart or “fall to pieces,” and how this goddess can help us recreate ourselves from the brokenness.
This session will include teaching, optional group discussion, visual examples, guided imagery, and journaling.
Anne Marie will also lead a powerful guided experience (Magical Inner Journey) where you will get to meet and connect with Akhilandeshvari, however she may appear to you. You’ll have quiet time to absorb whatever wisdom she has to give you at this point of your journey.
Then weāll break for 45-60 minutes so everyone can be on their own to make cards, take a walk, get a bite to eat and/or continue with the journaling. Weāll turn the recording off but we will all remain on the video link as much as possible, so that we can all stay connected.
Weāll gather together again for the last 90 minutes for sharing our cards, journaling with one of our cards, and a closing circle to send us out of the retreat and back into our lives. Because we’ll be connected by video, you can hold a new (or old!) card up to the camera and everyone will be able to see it as you talk about it!
Itās going to be perfectly WONDER-FULL!

We think that the point is to pass the test or overcome the problem
but the truth is that things don’t really get solved.
They come together and they fall apart.
Then they come together again and fall apart again.
It’s just like that.

This was my first experience using Zoom so I have nothing to compare it to, but I thoroughly enjoyed our small breakout group experiences. I’m certain that there was deeper sharing than we would have had in the large group. For me, it minimized the feeling that I might be taking up too much air time.
