Some suggestions for using
EFT Tapping with SoulCollage:
- Tap with a card that represents a part of you that you don’t like, or don’t want to work with (ie: my overwhelmed self, the part of me who overeats, my sadness, my angry self, the part of me who is grieving, I am the one who is anxious…etc)
- After you do the basic journaling with a card, tap through the points while reading what you wrote, what the Neter said to you.
- After working with a shadowed part like this, make a card to represent another Neter who might have a positive influence on this other part. Or a card to represent that same shadowed Neter – but what it looks like in balance.Ā Then ask this new Neter “Who are you?” And tap through the points while doing the I Am The One Who… statements from it.
- If you are feeling hesitant about making a certain card or working with a part of yourself that you don’t like, you can tap through the points about that hesitation, just saying out loud as you tap how you’re feeling about it, what you think might happen, why you don’t want to work with it…etc.Ā Keep doing rounds of tapping until you feel a shift, then go ahead and tap through some I Am the One Who’s from that card. Please share other ideas with me by using the Contact button at the top of the screen!
