Why Should We Explore Our Inner Voices?

When you find a powerful image and create a card you are doing healing therapeutic work. Often your troublesome part quiets down and takes a more appropriate place on your Committee. Making SoulCollage® cards for the neutral, everyday parts of the personality is healing as well. When you call forth and name these overlooked workers of the self, you appreciate how complex and marvelous your personality really is.    — Seena Frost

In this unique online workshop, we will:

• 

  dive right into the experience of naming and dialoguing with some of our own inner voices

• add several SoulCollage® cards to the Committee Suit of our decks
• look at our Committee Suit with the view of the model of the “Inner Theatre” as taught by Vivian King  (NOTE: The book is out of print, and you do not need it in order to take this class).
• meet a few of our own inner voices in a couple of different kinds of guided meditations
• learn how we can intentionally work with our inner voices (instead of against them) in order to find balance, harmony and increased authenticity in our daily lives

What You’ll Receive:

• Participation in three 2-hour Zoom workshops with Anne Marie Bennett, SoulCollage® Facilitator, Trainer, and creator of KaleidoSoul.com, who has been exploring her own inner voices in the light of SoulCollage® since 2005.
• Unlimited access to the recordings of all 3 Zoom videos, in case you can’t join us in person.
• Permission to participate or NOT participate in the live Zooms. If you zoom in, you can just listen OR you can make comments, share your work, and ask questions. OR you can choose to watch all of the recordings later, on your own, and do the journaling activities without the presence and support of the group.

• 

  During each Zoom workshop Anne Marie will introduce several ways of working with our inner voices, and we’ll be doing this work together. She will also share many examples of her own work/play with the inner voices that have been active in her own “inner theatre” over the years.

• During the workshops, we’ll spend a lot of our time actually DOING INNER WORK WITH OUR INNER VOICES. That’s right, we’re not going to simply TALK about this suit, we’re going to actually EXPERIENCE it! So be sure to bring a well-loved journal and comfortable pen with you. Note that any sharing of your inner work is always OPTIONAL and a matter of choice. It is perfectly okay to dial in to these calls, do the inner work on your own, and never speak a word!

• Journaling activities, guided imagery meditations, Inner Theatre work, and the SoulCollage® process will form the basis of all of our inner explorations in these classes.
• Handouts and resources for each of the workshops will be provided via email.
• A private place online to post any writings that you do about your own Committee cards in between classes- optional participation
