* Participation in SEVEN 4-HOUR VIDEO CLASSES with Anne Marie Bennett + nine guest Facilitators. Anne Marie is a SoulCollage® Facilitator, Trainer, and creator of KaleidoSoul.com, who has been exploring her own chakras and Animal Companions with the help of SoulCollage® since 2005. * During our video classes, we’ll spend a lot of our time actually EXPERIENCING THE CHAKRAS. That’s right, we’re not going to simply TALK about the chakras, we’re going to actually EXPERIENCE them!  So be sure to bring a well-loved journal and comfortable pen with you, along with your open heart  and intuitive mind.  Note that any sharing of your inner work is always OPTIONAL and a matter of choice. It is perfectly okay to Zoom in to these calls, do the inner work on your own, and never speak a word!

* Informative and visual teaching presentations, guided imagery, journaling, small group discussion, and the SoulCollage® process will form the basis of all of our inner explorations in these classes (not necessarily in that order)

* Handouts and resources for each class will be provided via email

* A private place online to post your cards and/or inner discoveries throughout this journey

First 120 minutes

Gail Byrnes is a licensed acupuncturist and integrative healer who uses acupuncture, sound healing, plant spirit medicine, essential oils, crystals, and shamanic work in her sessions.  She has worked with shamans from various traditions since 1992, and has incorporated shamanic work in her sessions since she began practicing 22 years ago.  She often focuses on the chakras during her sessions.   She believes that many of our modern illnesses and maladies come from a sense of disconnection from the natural  world, from each other, ourselves, and from the loss of a deeper sense of meaning and purpose.  Gail utilizes ancient healing practices and traditions that bring us back into connection, balance and harmony, and help to foster healing and wholeness physically, emotionally, and spiritually.  She has also worked with various art modalities throughout her life and especially loves mixed media and collage.  She discovered SoulCollage® a number of years ago and became a Facilitator in 2015, studying with Mariabruna Sirabella.  Gail  loves to help people connect with their deepest selves.

Randy Crutcher, Ed.D., is a trained therapist and research psychologist, as well as an Inner Compass Life and Business Coach. He was part of ground-breaking work developing effective group treatment for men who batter. He founded one of the nation’s first education and support centers for men’s health and well-being in 1979. As a college professor and program director in the 1990s, he specialized in working with students in transition, helping them discover their passions and learn the skills of personal mastery and leadership.  Today Randy is a personal life and small business coach, team facilitator, and trainer. His company, EnlightenUp LLC, creates products that inspire, educate, and activate individuals to reach for higher levels of self-care, compassion, and contribution to humanity. In addition to the award-winning (co-authored with Barb Horn) Divine Dog Wisdom Card Deck and Guidebook, new releases include the Cosmic Cat Wisdom Card Deck and Guidebook, and the co-authored Passion Principle book designed for all in transition who seek to sustain joy, passion, and purpose in their lives.

She is an alchemical hypnotherapist, self-discovery coach, inspirational speaker, and cosmic clown.  Barb co-authored and conspired with Randy Crutcher to form EnlightenUp.biz and created the award-winning Divine Dog and Cosmic Cat Wisdom Card Decks with him also.  She peaked at five years old, and has been trying to get back  there ever since.  You can find more about Barb and her activities at All Embracing Change.
