Inner Journeys with Anne Marie Bennett Integrating the Practice of SoulCollage® Into Our Daily Lives Bridge Over Troubled Water 
During Seena's closing remarks at the Facilitator Conference last month, she invited us to close our eyes and visualize a bridge. So I invite you now to do the same. Yes, right now! Close your eyes... it will only take a minute. Ahh... there you go. Deep breath. Imagine a bridge. What does it look like? What kind of a setting is it in?
Then Seena went on to talk about how our hearts are bridges. Within the body, it is a bridge between the upper three and the lower three chakras. Within our minds and souls, it is a bridge between other minds and souls. So, the question is, what kinds of bridges are we bearing into the world? In my own imagination, I saw a small footbridge in a Japanese garden, similar to the one in the image here. Others' bridges were wide, narrow, metal, rainbow, covered, open, never-ending....to name a few. But a bridge is a bridge. And the bridge that is our heart connects us to others, those we love, and those we don't even know. Spend some time this week meditating on the idea of your heart as a bridge. You might even want to dig out your old Simon and Garfunkel album, Bridge Over Troubled Water and give it a listen again. This is the perfect time of year to work on building bridges. Mili will guide us through an "Eye of the Hawk" reading that incorporates these concepts to potentially expand our awareness, consciousness, and personal healing/growth via our own SoulCollage® decks. Mili is a training consultant within business and industry and also focuses on assisting individuals involved in their own processes of personal transformation.
